The fee includes:
• Complete façade, with company name on fascia.
• Internal furniture consisting of table, chairs, showcases, lighting and safe (outer size: 40x50x60).
• Institutional, organisational and promotional activities.
• Ordinary secretarial services.
• Translators service (English, Spanish and French).
• Invitations mailed to branch operators.
• Promotion of the centre at international events.
• Entry of advertising space in our catalogue.
• Special promotions focused on area and/or goods sector will be held at every fair.
- ENTRANCE PASS FOR OPERATORS:
These are issued free of charge at Palakiss Reception, on presentation of document attesting the bearer belongs to the sector and ID.
- INTERPRETERS AND TRANSLATORS:
This service can be booked at Reception for French, English, German and Spanish.
Other languages are available on prior request.
- WI-FI:
Free WI-FI Internet connection is available for exhibitors, on request from the organisation office, on presentation of ID.
- PHOTOCOPIES AND FAX:
At the Service Center on the ground floor, close to the office stairway.
- FOOD-BAR FACILITIES:
Bar and snack service on first floor, close to the office area.
